"Beachbody has helped me finally figure out how I should be eating to fuel my body. Before I was just thinking I was eating better by eating less, but I wasn't eating enough period, much less of the foods that I need to fuel myself from day to day. I also feel the strongest I've ever felt by doing Shaun T workouts at home. The challenge groups keep me accountable even when I feel so unmotivated to workout. I know I have a team of women counting on me to get my workout in. The challenge groups also gave me the support I needed to give up Diet Coke, which I never thought was possible. Most importantly, the people I have met I consider close friends, and it's crazy. Some of my closest friends I've met through the challenge groups and they have helped me on my health journey as well as being great friends who have gotten me through a lot."

"I still remember the day I decided to inquire about Beachbody. I was at Sam’s club with my mom who was getting her eyes checked. While I waited for her, I was scrolling Facebook and came across one of old friends from high school’s post. I had seen her post’s in the past regarding her fitness journey but something that day made me want to reach out and learn more. I can honestly say, sending that Facebook message inquiring about Beachbody changed my life. I have never liked eating healthy or working out. I used to cringe at the thought of eating vegetables and had many failed relationships with the gym. That all changed when I signed up for Beachbody and started the 21 day fix. The meal plan was easy to follow and while the workouts were extremely hard for me at the time, I actually enjoyed doing them! The longer I stuck to the plan and worked out, the more committed I became. I am now a year and three months into my fitness journey. I am down sixty pounds and three pant sizes. More importantly than that, I am happier and healthier than I have ever been. Beachbody has taught me that I don’t want to be skinny; instead I want to be strong and healthy. It has also taught me that this is a journey. There are going to be rough patches and time where my nutrition slips but that’s okay! It is okay to have rough patches because I know I have the tools to get back on track. Being a part of Team Fueled Beyond Fitness is a huge part of that! They really are the best support system and great motivation! The monthly challenge groups motivate me to continue to work on my nutrition and fitness. Plus they are fun! I love seeing what everyone is doing and getting food ideas from what everyone is eating. I wouldn’t be where I am today, without them!"
